When Broker Bob Thacher retired from the Marine Corps as a Captain in 1970 after 24 years of service, he embarked on a career in Real Estate. Bob's emphasis has been on residential and commercial development as well as mortgage brokering. He holds a California State lifetime credential for instructing all real estate courses at the college level.
Bob is a self-described "workaholic" by nature and is driven by a discipline of "work hard, play hard". He enjoys solving problems and making deals work for clients. For play, Bob enjoys flying his Cessna 210 and is an avid deep-sea fisherman.

During 1994, Bob's daughter and Associate Broker Jennifer Thacher joined him in the Hi-Desert Real Estate agency. Jenny lives in Yucca Valley with her daughter Emily, her husband Trevor Finch and loves to ride Bicycles (Mountain and Road) as well as practice Yoga.

Cindy Stoddard is not only a Licensed Real Estate agent and Notary, but also a part-time Archaeologist! When she is not helping folks buy that dream home or digging up the past, ("spare time"?) Cindy enjoys her dogs Moe and Gracie, her Arabian horses Sammie & Charlie as well as visiting foreign countries.
